Be found by buyers
and quoted by AI
Customers reach a supplier in two ways now: they search, or they ask an AI. Both paths have to work. Page structure, content and landing pages come first — then the ad budget has something to land on. We do the first two in-house and can run the third for you.
Five routes, chosen by industry and budget
You do not need all of them. Manufacturers live in search, local shops live in short video and maps, exporters live in Google. Work out where your buyers are first, then decide where the money goes.
GEO · AI search optimisation
So ChatGPT, Doubao, DeepSeek and Yuanbao can read and cite your pages when someone asks how to choose a supplier like you. It comes from llms.txt, structured data and question-shaped content — not keyword stuffing.
SEO · Organic search
Free traffic from Baidu, Bing and Google. Keyword mapping, site structure and page content done properly once, so every article you publish afterwards still counts.
Search and feed ads
Keyword and feed campaigns on Baidu, 360 and Ocean Engine. Bids, landing pages and conversion points tuned together — you should be able to see where each unit of budget went.
Short video and content
Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Channels. Film the production line, the shop floor, the product detail. No scripting needed — just what you already do, which competitors cannot copy.
Owned channels
WeCom, official account, mini program membership. What happens after an inquiry arrives: who follows up, within how many days, and whether they ever come back. Do not lose the customer at this step.

Check the landing page
before you spend anything
Bought traffic lands somewhere. Which page it lands on, whether that page explains what you do in three seconds, and whether it captures a contact — those three decide how many customers the same budget returns. Most wasted ad money leaks here, not at the bid.
Four hard checks
- First screen in three seconds: what you do, who for, roughly how much
- A landing page per keyword group, not everything dumped on the homepage
- Form, phone and WeChat all work, and all three record the source
- Mobile load speed and layout verified before any spend
These are things we already build in. If you have a site, we audit it; if not, we put the foundation in place first and talk about spending after.
Three steps, no big bet up front
Test small, scale once conversions show up. You can stop at any stage — no twelve-month commitment on day one.
Audit
What can be found today, where the landing page loses people, what competitors are bidding on. A checklist you can act on, not a report padded out with pages.
Content and structure
Keywords mapped to sections and pages, question-shaped content and structured data added. Make the page worth citing before chasing rank.
Spend and review
A small test budget first, scale once conversions appear. Weekly numbers: how much was spent, how many inquiries came in, which keywords to stop.
Three ways to work together
Cost tracks industry competition and ad budget directly, so there is no single price. Here is how we actually calculate it — not a sales line.
Monthly retainer
SEO, GEO and content upkeep billed monthly, three months minimum. If nothing has moved by month three, this route is not for you and we will say so.
Project
Landing pages, section rebuilds, structured data work, full-site SEO audit. One quote, one delivery, and what we build is yours to keep.
Ad management
A service fee as a percentage of ad spend. The ad budget goes straight from you to the platform — never through us — so you can check every transaction yourself.
When we would advise against it
Saves us both time. We run this same check ourselves before quoting.
Usually worth spending
- You know who buys and can describe that customer
- The product holds up; what is missing is visibility
- You can supply material: production line, shop, cases, certifications
- You can leave three to six months for results
Usually not worth spending
- Expecting one keyword to explode, results by week two
- Unwilling to change the landing page, only to raise the budget
- Order value cannot cover the industry's click cost
- The product is still pivoting
Questions we get asked
Is growth work billed separately from the website?
Yes. The site is a one-off delivery that becomes yours to keep; growth is an ongoing service billed monthly or per project. You can also take the audit alone and leave the site untouched.
Do you guarantee rankings or inquiry volume?
No. Rankings and inquiries depend on competition, budget and the product itself, so anyone who guarantees them is not being straight with you. What we guarantee is transparency: weekly numbers on what is being spent and how many inquiries came in.
We already run Baidu ads. What else is there?
Start with an audit. The usual problems are every keyword pointing at the homepage, landing pages with no conversion point, and slow mobile loads. Fixing those three usually keeps more of the same budget; how much depends on where you are now.
Can we do GEO only?
Yes. GEO needs clear page structure and machine-readable content, which we already build. It works on its own, it is just slower than paid search — citations usually start appearing after a few months.
Talk it through first
then decide whether to spend
Tell us your industry, average order value, how you win customers today and your budget range. We will say whether SEO, GEO or paid ads should come first, and whether it is worth spending at all right now — reply within one business day.
